Let the slagging begin on me this is a job to big to miss out on in my eyes and i feel with the hard work ive done to a team no one wanted on turning and oap team to a younger team with some young prospects like S_Vos 19 ned 1 18 19 4 25 1 556 219 542 and so on to what i did have to start with so with that said let the slagging off begin like i said

Considering the fact that Celtic has been quite a horrible experience overall, the results obtained VS stronger teams give me some hope.
Bayern is a total state of the art team, and hopefully can be quite a great project to continue.
JB has built a young team full of prospects which only flaw is the lack of rotation for the first XI, which would be the area I'd focus first if getting the team.
With a healthy balance, and with European Football as level, a few patches on bringing one middie and one FW of almost top level would make Bayern a killer machine.
Throwing my name into the hat hoping that this is the chance to get back into the mix of names that are in the run for cups.

I would like to apply for the EOS Bayern Munich position.
Having seen steady progress with Barnsley in the four seasons I have managed them, taking them from being one of the lowest sides in the championship to being a consistently overperforming lower/mid table premier league side, I feel it could be a good time to see if I can mix it with the big clubs. I have significantly improved this Barnsley side, leaving a legacy of such signings as Mitoma, Dia, and Doucoure who are very strong members for any side, let alone little Barnsley. They would be left with some money in the bank, and a solid squad throughout.
I feel with my tactical knowledge, and my careful consideration when selling and buying players, will ensure this side continue to be young and competitive at the top end of the EFL table (and with an aim to conquer Europe!). There will need to be one midfield purchase or trade, and I have my eye on one or two players who may fit the bill to improve on Bellegarde, to ensure more squad depth. Everything will be done with thought and with the best interests of the long-term future of the club at heart. JB has done the hard groundwork, and the club now need a manager who is active who can build on this very solid platform - as the players continue to develop.
I am already in Germany, looking after Leverkusen, so I am brushing up on my deutsch and with German Ancestry this is really the dream FFO move for me.

I’d like to throw my name in the hat.
im not gonna pretend im here to continue in what JB has done, it isn’t my style.
if successful I’d lead the team in my own way and build it to topple the three monsters in EFL right away. Not to mention I ain’t a little bitch whose gonna get upset with some of the shit banter around this division haha
making Bayern a top European giant again is the only aim.

After spending a bit more time thinking about this....and the promise of an extra tenner to spend pre season on a player for Arsenal, Im going to stay put in the Premiership where it seems all the good Managers are flocking too......best of of luck to whoever gets this gig. Cracking opportunity for someone going forward.Last edited by Darren; 24-10-2024, 11:10 AM.
