League Sizes
Firstly, thanks for the effort of the few people who have managed to get us some new managers of late, keep it up. This has led me to hold off on plans to downsize FFO. With that said, at the end of each season I will take stock and may reduce numbers for the following season (e.g., at the end of S6 I may decide to drop to 64 teams in S8).

Loan Ratings
Here are the loan ratings for the next 4 seasons. These will only be revised on exception and would require a large push from the community to change.

All comps will follow the same format. 16 club league, 8 games each. Top 4 go into QF, 5-12 will go into play off phase for a place in QF. More details about seeding and fixtures to follow
CL 1^st-8^th in T1 leagues
DPT 9^th-16^th in T1 leagues
DBC - 17th in Prem, 17th in EFL1, 3 promoted teams from Champ, 3 promoted teams from EFL2, 3 losing playoff teams in each league, 7th in Champ, and EFL2.
FLT - 3 relegated Prem teams, 3 relegated EFL1 teams. 8th-12th Champ and EFL2

Media Settings
Media will drop back to 3mil per club per month. There will be no bonus for sheeting as this is not going above and beyond to play the game. You will only need to write 1500 words


Transfer Rules
I have had differing opinions about transfers. Some want things tightening, others want things opening.

Here are the slight changes to achieve both

1. BHN players will be able to be sold to SHN, loaned out but NOT to other clubs for the first season they are signing
2. Academy players can be sold once they have been in your roster for 1 full season. This will mean someone called up at 20 will be 21 when he can be sold
3. BHN will be open close season and midseason only
4. No weekly limit on ins and outs

Auction Rules
Rules remain the same for the foreseeable future other than the ability to sell players once they have been with you for a period of 1 game week, rather than 1 season. This will hopefully see smaller clubs able to cash in on their shock auction wins and keep the market moving.

There will also now be a player “of age” in each position that will be a higher rating than other players on the list.

Close season auctions minimum bid will always be £30,000,000 with mid-season being £20,000,000

Mid-Season Break
This will be clearly marked in the calendar and allow a week of enjoyment where you can change your captain, mid-season academy event and the auction will take place. This will also make the season last a week longer at least and removed that dead time from the end of the season.
